I’m Tracy Foster, an entrepreneur based in Brooklyn, New York. I founded ONA, a premium bag and accessories company, in 2010 and had a lot of fun growing it. In 2015, I sold the company to a private equity firm. I am currently consulting with founders and small business leaders who are looking to grow their brands.
As a founder who built and exited a successful product-based business in five years, I know firsthand what it’s like to be “in the hustle” as an entrepreneur. I know what it’s like to define and execute on a vision, to build a brand, to lead a team, to manage cash flow, and to drive sales. Today, I use my experience to offer results-driven consulting services to founders and leaders of small businesses who are looking to build and strengthen their brands.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me making memories with family and friends, traveling (or planning for an upcoming trip, which is half the fun!), taking photos, swooning over minimalist design of all kinds, brainstorming new product ideas, and satisfying my sweet tooth whenever and wherever possible.
